8/6 FIFO roster from Perth, Permanent position - Join a 'cleaner and greener' company with a reduced carbon footprint - Be valued for your contribution Element 25 Ltd is an ASX listed resource company (ASX: E25) which is developing it’s 100% owned Butcherbird Project to produce high value, high-purity manganese: a commodity powering the technology revolution. The Butcherbird Deposit is Australia’s largest onshore manganese resource, containing more than 180 million tonnes at 10.8% manganese in JORC resources. Element 25 is proud to be a key player in producing materials which advance battery technology, wind and solar power generation, and associated grid electrical storage systems. Our projects may also produce manganese ore for use in steelmaking. The company has a number of exploration projects with potential for other high-value elements including cobalt, copper, nickel and gold. The unique processing technique employed at Butcherbird also reduces the operation's potential carbon footprint. Our plans to incorporate renewable energy dovetails with our "cleaner, greener" approach, and meets consumer demand for responsible material sourcing. We currently have a vacancy for a Maintenance Planner to work an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth to our site in the Pilbara. Our workforce is small and you’ll soon know everyone on site We operate our business as a team and leave hierarchy for the big miners. At Element 25 you’ll have a broad remit of work and be valued for what you contribute. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Maintenance Planner will be responsible for inspecting plant, planning and scheduling maintenance work across the site on a daily, weekly and periodic basis. You’ll also be accountable for tracking performance and maintaining accurate records in order to maximise equipment availability, reliability, productivity and reducing maintenance costs. **Essential** - Demonstrated understanding of maintenance strategies and philosophies. - Advanced Maintenance Management practices and processes. - Project Management including scheduling and financial management. - Facility Management including non-process infrastructure. - Contractor and Team leadership and management. - Strong O365 suite literacy and demonstrated ability (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project). - Proven experience in Equipment Failure Analysis and Root Cause Analysis. - Hold a Manual C class drivers’ licence. - Technical documentation - Development, authoring and review. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Excellent time management and organisational skills. - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure. **Desirable** - Mechanical or Electrical Trade Qualification. - Exposure to SAP by Design or similar software. - MEX experience **Relevant Experience** - At least 5 years’ experience within a fixed plant, heavy industrial or minerals processing environment. - Change Management and Opportunities for Improvement. - Experience in medium to large processing plant commissioning experience - Work in remote areas in a Fly In / Fly Out role Element 25 is a great place to work Our small teams mean you can get on with your job, be valued as an important contributor to the sites success and initiate and develop your own ways of work in consultation with your Manager.
