Your New Role

At Aware Super, we are seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join our Advice team in Perth. In this role, you'll provide high-quality financial advice that meets client needs and aligns with regulatory standards. You'll work collaboratively to deliver outcomes that support our members' financial wellbeing. In addition you will;

  • Deliver comprehensive financial advice tailored to client goals;
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with members and guiding them to how to best achieve their financial goals;
  • Ensure compliance with the Corporations Act, FASEA Code of Ethics, and internal policies; and
  • Collaborate with our Client Servicing team to elevate the standard of client care, ensuring optimal outcomes.

How do you exceed our expectations?

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and RG146 compliance;
  • Proven experience as a Financial Planner with strong technical knowledge;
  • Your understanding of the legal and compliance framework within the financial services industry is impeccable, with a commendable history of passing compliance audits;
  • Commitment to ethical advice and client-first principles; and
  • You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
