About the role
We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Banquet Team Leader to work in a number of our Food and Beverage Outlets:
The Food & Beverage Banquet Team Leader are responsible for providing 5 Star customer service to our guests. Working closely with the Food & Beverage and Banquet Supervisors, you will be responsible for ensuring all guests receive an exceptional restaurant experience.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
A proactive hands-on approach to drive and motivate a successful team
Ensure all staff are performing at their full potential, maximum productivity and are consistent across all areas of service
Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
A high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
**Skills and Experience**:
Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role preferably in a Hotel Environment
Must have an RSA Certificate
Must hold valid working rights in Australia
The flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays across a 7-day rotating roster.
Must have a current Queensland RSA.
Must have Food Safety Handling Certificate (from either unit SITXFSA005 or SITXFSA006)
Must have legal rights to work in Australia
Possession of a current RMLV certification - highly regarded, but not essential
Experience with Micros POS highly desirable
Must be a positive, can-do, team player
