Position Summary:

· Supervise the preparation of event & meeting spaces, tending bar and serving platters of food

· Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings

· Supervise the execution of event arrangements to exceed guest expectations

· Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence to engage and inspire guests

· Lead the banquets team with support of the banquets manager in operational tasks

· Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions

· Be a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor by empowering and supporting your team

· Lead the banquets shift by providing motivation and support to our waitstaff

About You:

· An up-to-date RSA

· Passion for the industry

· Relevant experience in a similar supervisorial role

· Working rights in Australia

· Enthusiastic to escalate your career

· Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
