**What you’ll do**
We currently have a temporary contract role available within the ANZ Marketing company for a document control officer to join us to help drive and deliver a key quality system improvement project which aims to bring us into compliance with our document archiving and destruction policies.
The AZ Global Retention and Destruction policies and associated schedule (GRAD) defines how we manage our Retention and Disposal requirements. As documentation Officer you will:
- Manage the review of catalogue, and define scheduled disposal dates for all existing documents related to GxP business areas.
- Establish and document a robust onwards process, including roles and responsibilities aligned with AZ policies and the GRAD schedule requirements
**Essential for the role**:
- Qualified to graduate or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline
- High attention to detail, thoroughness and tenacity.
- Well organized and with self-confidence to interact with stakeholders across the business
- Confident with relevant IT tools and system
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve level of compliance and efficiency
