**Your new role**:
Exciting opportunity to join our Retail and Logistics team as the new **Retail **Engagement and Development Coordinator. **You will design and implement state-wide volunteer programs and initiatives from volunteer recruitment, onboarding to engagement, and retention. Help identify skill gaps for retail and logistics personnel, develop and deliver retail specific training.

**You will be accountable for**:

- Design, develop and deliver learning and development programs that provide tailored learning solutions for volunteers and staff in retail and logistics
- Lead the Back of House Volunteer Engagement team to develop reporting strategies about volunteer onboarding, retention and demographics of the retail and logistics volunteers.
- Guide and support the timely delivery of relevant internal communications to volunteers across the state utilising social media platforms and technology.
- Ensure the development and distribution of promotional material is in line with branding guidelines for recruitment, retention and other purposes within an approved budget.
- Utilise volunteer systems and processes that support best practice volunteer management and promote access and inclusion to retail and logistics staff.
- Ensure that the implementation of volunteer attraction and retention strategies aligned to the state-wide volunteer strategy.
- Analyse information and data to ensure effective volunteer recognition and appreciation systems are in place.
- Support digital change for online record keeping of volunteer data, including compliance checks and learning management systems

**To be successful, you will need**:

- Relevant qualification/s and/or experience in volunteer and stakeholder engagement or similar community focused role
- Demonstrated experience coordinating engagement initiatives with volunteers.
- Experience in the development and delivery of learning packages, including e-learning platforms,
- Experience using multiple social media platforms to deliver engagement strategies to volunteers.
- Demonstrated experience providing operational and administrative support in teams working remotely and across various regions.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills across a range of mediums.
- Proven project coordination skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proven ability to effectively engage with stakeholders from across a diverse workforce, including members, volunteers and staff delivering a variety of services.
