Retail Sales Assistant

We are searching for a bubbly and engaging Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in our Auburn store, selling Harley Davidson clothes and accessories. This is a permanent position that pays a base salary, commission and some enviable staff discounts.
Use your previous retail sales experience to assist our valued customers when choosing Harley-Davidson timeless leathers, riding gear, casual clothing, helmets, sportswear, general merchandise, accessories and more.

About the role:
- Assist customers purchasing their Harley-Davidson gear
- Build customer data base. Advise customers of the latest promotions and specials
- Attend product training to improve product knowledge
- Liaise with workshop and sales to ensure customers bike delivered on time
- Ensure customer has all riding needs e.g. gloves for off road, wet weather gear
- Stock control and build displays to promote products.
About you:
- Proven retail experience. You don't need to have worked in the Motorcycle industry. Any retail experience is valued.
- An eye for detail, personal style, flair and an interest in everything fashion
- Excellent communication skills
- A high standard of providing exceptional customer service
- Vibrancy and an awesome Harley-Davidson attitude
