**About the Role**

We are seeking a qualified **Dental Assistant with dental reception experience** to join our close-knit team. This is a dual role, with responsibilities split between chairside assisting and front desk reception duties.

You will play a key part in the patient journey - from welcoming patients at reception to assisting during complex restorative and implant procedures.

**Duties include**:

- Chairside assisting for specialist prosthodontic procedures
- Front desk reception, including patient bookings, phone enquiries and payments
- Infection control and sterilisation procedures
- Maintaining a smooth workflow throughout the day
- Providing exceptional patient care with a warm and professional manner

**About You**

You’re a confident and capable dental assistant who enjoys working with people just as much as working hands-on. You’ll thrive in a small team environment and have a genuine desire to make patients feel at ease.

**You will need**:

- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (or equivalent)
- **Dental reception/front desk experience (essential)**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A calm, friendly, and professional demeanour
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A flexible, team-focused attitude
- Experience in a specialist or surgical setting (highly regarded, but not essential)

**Working Hours**
- **Monday, Tuesday, Thursday**: 7:30am - 5:30pm
- **Wednesday**: 12:30pm - 5:30pm
- **Friday**: 7:30am - 1:30pm (_Some Friday afternoons required by arrangement_)
