**About the Role**

As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly while creating a welcoming environment for both staff and customers. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys working on the floor alongside their team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, motivate and support the retail team to deliver outstanding service.
- Manage daily store operations including presentation, stock levels, and product standards.
- Drive sales and achieve store targets.
- Rostering, training, and performance management of staff.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and health & safety standards.
- Build strong customer relationships and foster a positive store culture.

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in retail or hospitality management desirable but not necessary
- A confident leader who can coach, motivate, and support their team.
- Hands-on and proactive, with a strong eye for detail.
- Passionate about food, quality, and creating a great customer experience.
- Organised, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
