Our Federal Government client is seeking a highly skilled EA Implementation Project Officer to support the successful implementation of a new enterprise agreement within the Commission.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with ER team and stakeholders to assess impacts of the new enterprise agreement on policies, processes, and procedures.
- Develop project plan with clear RACI for successful EA implementation.
- Manage change by prioritizing communications, assessing stakeholder readiness, and identifying areas for capability uplift.
- Lead development of support materials for managers and employees.
- Track and address areas of misinterpretation or conflict post-implementation.
- Manage project progress, scope, budget, quality, and risks.
- Maintain project assurance via dedicated Steering Committee and contribute to progress reporting.
- Design and manage risk mitigation plan.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project management and change management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Project Governance Framework and PPM Tool preferred.
