We are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our newly created Employee Relations & Advisory stream. In this role you will work with a Senior HR Business Partner and the Manager, Employee Relations and Advisory to provide guidance and information in relation to ER matters, investigate grievances, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that govern the way we work.

Strategic and effective Employee Relations and HR services are integral to an organisation's success and enable our stakeholders to excel in service delivery.

As an ER Advisor at Parliament of Victoria, you will build strong relationships with your stakeholders and deliver outcomes-focused advice on a range of ER and HR matters. You will provide hands on support in the handling of individual matters, as well as work with the team on operation wide matters including enterprise bargaining, policy development, and change management.

Working alongside a team of HR Business Partners, you will also support the delivery of generalist HR services that align with strategic and operational objectives.

In the role, you will form part of a team that leads innovation and change by anticipating Employee Relations and HR needs and delivering strategic solutions.
