As a Transport Specialist, you will be responsible for providing specialist transport and traffic management knowledge to support Operations and Supply Chain integration with new plant introduction to Clayton manufacturing site. This is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity for a passionate and experienced person who is looking for a new challenge as we build our a new production plant

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and revise the Clayton traffic management program to accommodate new manufacturing plant, increased truck movements and volumes
- Transport studies, analysis, and recommendations
- Collaboration with stakeholders within the business to gather and detail out transport process requirements
- Review compliance to Chain of Responsibility, developing plans to resolve gaps
- Build strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications/Skills**
- Strong transport and traffic management experience in a complex manufacturing site
- Chain of Responsibly knowledge and experience
- Relevant formal qualifications
- Superior communication skills - written and verbal
- Methodical, analytical and an ability to challenge current process
