We are seeking an Engineering Manager for the Digital Engineering Team for an initial 12-month contract role, with the view for extension.

**About the Role**

In this role, you will manage a team of highly skilled engineers to develop and deliver cutting-edge technology solutions using the latest technologies.

You will align the digital strategy to capability and service needs to give direction to projects and teams around best fit and re-use for enterprise patterns that can be leveraged in many areas.

You will be a platform custodian (UiPath, Appian, Boomi) and be accountable for governing and supporting engineering delivery aligned to strategic priorities and roadmaps

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Extensive experience in software engineering, and with at least 3 years of experience leading and coaching engineering teams
- Demonstrated experience effectively engaging and working with internal and external stakeholders to manage demand and backlog
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross functional collaboration skills
- Ability to support multiple integration programs simultaneously
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
- Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML)

**The Benefits**

You will receive a daily rate of up to $1150 including superannuation, an initial contract of 12 months and potential for further extension.
