**Duty/Assistant Venue Manager - The Beehive Hotel**

Are you a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a love for delivering exceptional customer experiences? The Beehive Hotel is seeking a motivated and dynamic Duty/Assistant Venue Manager to join our team and help drive the success of our iconic pub.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the day-to-day management of the venue, ensuring smooth operations across all areas.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Assist in managing budgets, financial performance, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Take a hands-on approach to problem-solving and customer relations.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within a hospitality venue, ideally a pub or bar.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
- A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
- A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
