Pirate Bar, located in the heart of Mount Hawthorn, is seeking experienced and passionate **Bartenders** and a **Duty Manager** to join our dynamic team. If you have a love for hospitality, enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, and have cocktail or mixology expertise, we’d love to hear from you

Bartender Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including craft beers, wines, and cocktails.
- Engage with guests, offering exceptional service and creating unique, enjoyable experiences.
- Maintain a neat and organized bar area.
- Run meals and assist in maintaining clean and tidy tables.
- Adhere to RSA and health code regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with a great team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Duty Manager Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Pirate Bar, ensuring smooth service during all shifts.
- Manage staff, ensuring they adhere to high service standards and RSA regulations.
- Provide leadership and maintain a welcoming environment for both staff and guests.
- Handle any operational challenges with a can-do attitude.
- Engage with guests and ensure exceptional service and experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

- Ideally, 2 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality.
- Cocktail or mixology skills are highly regarded for bartender roles.
- A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- For Duty Manager: Previous management experience and a valid RSA and Red Card are essential.
