**How you contribute**
- We are seeking an adept and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The role will be instrumental in facilitating the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of diverse projects within our organisation. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure the seamless progression of projects.

**Here’s what we need**:

- ** Project Planning and Supplier Coordination**:

- Collaborate with project managers to facilitate comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones, accounting for supplier involvement.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components, materials, and equipment necessary for project execution.
- Identify potential supplier-related risks, proactively working with project managers to devise mitigation strategies.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication**:

- Act as a bridge between project stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring fluid communication regarding project progress, changes, and supply chain updates.
- Organize and schedule project-related meetings, compiling agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
- Foster efficient collaboration and information exchange among internal teams and external suppliers.
- ** Task Tracking, Resource Management, and Quality Assurance**:

- Maintain a meticulous record of project tasks, assigning responsibilities and monitoring their completion.
- Oversee project timelines, promptly updating project managers on advancements and potential setbacks.
- Support project managers in conducting quality checks to ensure adherence to defined manufacturing standards.
- ** Supplier Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with suppliers, promoting open communication and the swift resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure resource allocation aligns with project requirements and manufacturing demands.
- ** Reporting, Documentation, and Procurement**:

- Generate and distribute regular reports detailing project status, key milestones, and potential challenges, with a focus on supplier contributions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, encompassing plans, risk assessments, change requests, and supplier agreements.

**How you’ll succeed**:

- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated track record (X years) as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within an engineering environment.
- Great organizational capabilities and adeptness in managing concurrent tasks.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in supplier relationship management and supply chain coordination.
