St Johns Park Bowling Club is a leading employer in the hospitality industry in South-Western Sydney and currently has opportunities available for Casual Relief Club Supervisor/ club attendant Role.

We are looking for people who are passionate about customer service and have a gaming/club background. You are required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available to work between Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster. this includes late nights, weekends and public holidays.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Relief Club Supervisor Role_
- Supporting the Duty Manager with daily operations across the Club ie promotions, bar, gaming, TAB, Keno, catering etc.
- Assisting with training and coaching of staff with performance feedback.
- Conflict resolution with customers and employees.
- Delegating and overseeing tasks to employees in accordance with Club standards.
- Handling sensitive/confidential information.
- Providing high levels of customer service to our members and guests.
- Ad hoc duties as advised from time to time.
- Club Attendant Role_
- Ensuring effective replenishment of beverage products;
- Restocking and replenishing of all stock required
- Providing exceptional customer service to all members and guests
- Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection and;
- General cleaning duties as required.
- Any other relevant duties assigned by management
- Positive attitude and passionate about customer service
- Must have a current RSA/RCG
- A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
- Have the ability to listen and communicate clearly
- Be able to maintain physical and fast paced work
- Have effective time management
- High standard of personal grooming

**Club attendants pay details below**:
Casual ordinary rate $31.34 per hour

Saturdays $37.61 per hour

Sundays $43.88 per hour

Public Holidays $62.68 per hour
