St Johns Park Bowling Club is a leading employer in the hospitality industry in South-Western Sydney. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to perform Kitchen Hand duties on a casual basis. Must be available Friday to Sunday. Can be rostered up to 25 hours per week.

Rates:
$31.34 (Monday - Friday)

$37.61 (Saturday)

$43.88 (Sunday)

**Your duties in this role will include**:

- Washing dishes and maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
- Assisting the Chefs with basic food preparation & Operational duties
- Ensure all food items are stored correctly to avoid cross-contamination
- Adhering to Food Safety Standards

**To be successful in this role you must**:

- Be reliable
- Have the ability to listen and communicate clearly
- Be presented neat and tidy
- Be available to work rotating shift over lunch and dinner service, late nights, weekends and public holidays
- Have experience working in functions
- Be able to maintain physical and fast-paced work
- Have effective time management
