
Human Resources and Administrative Assistant

This position is a multifaceted role managing day-to-day office administration and coordinating Human Resources activities. Assist HR Manager and Case Managers conduct clerical duties such as conducting interviews, documenting, and filing. This role requires a high level of customer service, ability to multi-task and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Handling external or internal communication or management systems
- Handle receptionist duties from time-to-time which includes meeting and greeting guests
- Stock taking and reordering office supplies (stationary, PPE, Printing paper, etc.) whenever necessary
- Assisting Services teams with managing and storing paperwork
- Investigate into any issues for services and supervise Client Management system
- Managing office expenses, reimbursements, keeping records of invoices
- Performing all HR administrative tasks
- Maintain updated records of personnel-related data (payroll and personal information) to ensure all employment requirements are met
- Assist HR Manager in coordinating end to end recruitment and selection, training and development, induction and orientation and all onboarding processes
- Update job descriptions for all positions within the organisation
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers and team members through clear communication
- Liaise with other departments such as HR, Payroll, Accounts and Case Managers
- Working with management to conduct workforce planning to improve the supply of care worker team
- Participate in special projects as directed by Client Services Manager and/or Executive manager

Renumeration will be commensurate with experience. Open to discussion.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: From $28.86 per hour
