Position Title: Administration Officer (Full-Time)
Location: Perth
**PURPOSE STATEMENT**
The Administration Officer at Gills College Australia plays a vital role in maintaining the operational efficiency of the institution. This position involves managing administrative tasks such as record keeping, scheduling, and correspondence. The officer supports various departments, coordinates meetings, and assists in organizing campus events. They handle inquiries, provide information to students and staff, and ensure the smooth flow of daily operations. By upholding administrative processes and contributing to a well-organized environment, the Administration Officer contributes to the overall effectiveness and success of Gills College Australia's administrative functions.
**PRIMARY DUTIES**
Precisely and swiftly handling student documents and records
Efficiently organizing the flow of paperwork between trainers, assessors, and students
Supervising initial inquiries and effectively communicating with students, furnishing them with essential details and materials
Inputting student details into the Axcelerate Student Management System
Regularly submitting data reports to governmental entities as necessary
Rectifying error reports stemming from data submissions
Providing management with reports to facilitate ongoing enhancements
Dispensing Statements of Attainment and Certificates to Students
Collaborating closely with our learning program team to support the growing demands of this department within our organization
Planning and coordinating student outings and events
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
Axcelerate student management system
Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint, publisher)
**QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATES**
Diploma, Advanced Diploma or higher tertiary qualifications
Experience in working with International students
**REPORTING**
This position reports to the Campus Manager
