Client Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Executive, your objective of the role will surround the strategic management of Kinatico’s Enterprise customers, as well as nurturing allocated leads or prospective customers, from qualification to close. The Client Executive will follow the sales process as set out by sales leadership and adopt the Miller Heiman sales methodology.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to gain insight into an established tech company with strong growth ambitions while also directly impacting customer satisfaction and delivery. This role utilises workforce compliance domain expertise to work with internal teams to ensure our solutions meet customer requirements.

**About you**:

- Significant experience in workforce compliance management solutions
- Experience in managing to contract requirements
- Excellent presentation, relationship building, listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- HR, Safety, Risk and Compliance experience an advantage
- Tertiary level qualifications preferred

**DELIVERING THE GOOD, STRIVING FOR THE GREAT**
**Position responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Managing a key portfolio of accounts with the purpose of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
- Presenting and demonstrating Kinatico solutions to customers, via digital platforms or face to face where practical
- Developing positive relationships with direct and indirect client contacts at all levels such as decision makers and users
- Acting as the point of contact to handle customers’ individual requirements relating to:

- Understanding their business and responding to business problems
- Recommending software changes of the existing products (upsell/cross sell)
- Formalising customer requirements and making recommendations on Kinatico solution that meets their needs
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to write, calculate and present quotes to customers to obtain sign off (both internally and externally)
- Coordinating with internal teams to onboard and deliver solutions as expected by customer
- Managing the process of communications with customer inhouse tools, such as Basecamp and Jira
- Managing UAT with the customer to ensure expectations are met
- Recording all sales activity in Salesforce
- Working with the Marketing team and Line Manager to devise and execute targeted marketing campaigns
- Resolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Collecting product feedback and delivering that to the Product team
- Attending and representing the organisation at sales and networking events for effective lead generation
