**The Company**

Our client is a large, multi-national organisation that has a diverse portfolio of businesses within their group. The business has grown steadily in recent years and has worked hard to deliver a strong result. Despite growing considerably over the last decade, the business still embraces the family values instilled many years ago. You will be joining an experienced team that have a great record of success & you will become integral to ensuring this continues. The business is centrally located in the CBD.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will take responsibility and ownership over the Accounts Payable process while the current AP Officer is on leave. While your key tasks will be maintaining a seamless accounts payable process & ensuring suppliers are looked after; you will also be tasked with continuous process improvement for the function.

Please note this role will run from Mid-December until late January (you will work between Christmas & New Years - however public holidays will not be required).

Your key duties will include:

- Accounts Payable
- Invoice Processing
- Payment Runs
- Cash Flow Forecasting
- International Payments
- FX / Hedging
- Bank Reconciliations
- Supplier Queries
- Process Improvement

**Your Profile**

To be successful you will be comfortable running an end-to-end Accounts Payable process. This might be in a stand-alone capacity or managing Accounts Payable as part of a broader finance role. Any exposure within a larger business will be viewed favourably, however is not essential. Ideally you will have used larger ERP's (SAP will be highly regarded) & have an intermediate knowledge of excel.
