Our client is seeking a Centre Manager to manage a sub-regional shopping centre in Brisbane's northern suburbs. You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities for the asset and be the on-site key point of contact for tenants and stakeholders.

Your key focus will be to optimise the performance of the centre including maximising the rental income, controlling expenditure, completing negotiations, and managing the centre team.

You’ll be responsible for preparing detailed asset plans, budgets, and financial reports. Other responsibilities include identifying opportunities to add value to the portfolio as well as managing costs associated with the assets.

Our client is seeking an experienced retail property professional:

- Prior experience in Centre Management with an in-depth knowledge of the retail sector
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead a small team
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- A high level of financial aptitude, commercial acumen, analytical skills, and computer literacy.
