**About the Centre**:

- **Welcome to Milestones Early Learning Rochedale, a beautiful 65 place service in the southern suburbs of Brisbane. Catering for children 6 weeks to 5 years, Milestone's Rochedale offers the Lifelong Learning Program, long standing educators and supportive management Team and Centre Support Office.**

**About the Role**
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

**About you**
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
