**About the Centre**:
**About theMilestones Early Learning Brookside is located in Mitchelton, less than 10kms from Brisbane City and across the road from Brookside Shopping Centre. OUr service is easily accessible via bus or train and is a 4 minute walk to the service. The service caters to children 6 weeks to 5 years and offers spacious learning studios and large outdoor natural play spaces designed for child led ex[loration and inquisitive play. Role**
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

**About you**
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
