**The Role**:
**What You’ll Do**
- **Support Students & Parents**: Handle incoming enquiries via Missive and Podium about schedules, invoicing, rescheduling, and general information, ensuring quick, professional, and solutions-oriented responses.
- **Oversee Campus Operations**: Keep the campus running smoothly by managing administrative tasks, maintaining stock and equipment, and preparing classrooms to create a welcoming learning environment.
- **Engage with Customers**: Assist walk-in students and parents at the campus, providing support and information in a patient, empathetic manner.
- **Maintain High Standards**: Monitor and address any operational issues during classes, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

**Completed the VCE** and Performed Well
**Bachelor's Degree** (or currently studying) in Commerce//Business or a related field
**Prior Retail, Hospitality, Call Centre** **and/or Customer Service Experience** _(ideal)_
