**The Role**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional to step into the role of Maintenance and Reliability Coordinator/Planner at our Forestville manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Maintenance Team Manager SA the Maintenance and Reliability Coordinator/Planner has the primary responsibility maintenance planning and scheduling to ensure the effectiveness of the maintenance and reliability department through workload allocation and control. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday from 6.00am - 38 hours per week.

**The role involves**:

- Develop annual equipment overhaul / shutdown schedule
- Manage maintenance requests, through the correct maintenance request procedure implemented
- Relieve the Maintenance Team Manger when on leave and as required
- Relieve short term absence of the Mechanical and/or Electrical trades Monday to Friday ONLY.
- Spare parts planning and procurement
- Capacity planning and loading
- Capture all maintenance requests into the CMMS
- Scope all work, plan ad hock requests
- Plan and acquire all resources needed for tasks in conjunction with site stakeholders
- Forecast available resources for future periods together with Team managers
- Forecast all maintenance work to be performed
- Allocate in conjunction with Team Manager all tasks for maintenance department to implement
- Highlight deficiencies in capacity and possible negative impacts on maintenance performances.
- Partake and lead as necessary daily Tier 1 meetings to determine labour allocation and site focus tasks
- Effectively coordinate trades/technicians affiliated to site service related items eg. Test and tag, air compressors, boilers etc.
- Assist with elimination of reoccurring issues. Initiate and assist with the analysis on maintenance performance data to identify areas of opportunity and improvements
- Related industry experience (preferably within FMCG) but not essential
- Maintenance Planning Experience
- Mechanical / Electrical maintenance /trade background is essential
- Understands equipment criticality, failure mode analysis or FMECA process
- Advanced skills in CMMS software/systems such as Mainplan or SAP
- Excellent Communication Skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the business
