As a result of continued success and trust; we are seeking an Aviation Maintenance Planner with operations support experience to join our client's Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Team.

In this role, you will work with various engineering and technical professionals within our client's organisation to ensure all operational requirements relating to maintenance are being scheduled and accurately forecasted.

You will develop and manage maintenance work packages, ensure all platform parts and equipment are available and within the maintenance management system and ensure active recovery plans are implemented with mínimal disruptions

**Key Responsibilities**

Demonstrate complete knowledge of customer aircraft maintenance processes, policies, culture, and standard practices (e.g., return to service, normal duties/responsibilities, time constraints, available resources)

Develop, implement and manage aircraft specific maintenance work packages; which are to include each scheduled task

Optimise the performance of fleet aircraft through effective maintenance and equipment improvement initiatives

Implement and improve maintenance strategies and equipment budgets

Assist with the further development and improvement of the quality and maintenance management systems

**Skills & Experience**

Qualifications in Maintenance Management or related certifications or qualifications

Demonstrated experience using Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with an aviation setting

Demonstrated Maintenance Controller or Planner experience

CAMM2 data management experience will be highly regarded

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and manage technical data and specifications

Ability to prioritise and manage work tasks in a fast paced and safety focus environment

Strong communication skills

Hold a Defence security clearance or be an eligible Australian Citizen
