**About the role**:
The Analyst, Strategy will be responsible for building a customer insight-based organisational strategy and supporting the delivery of the strategy. The role will also encompass the development and delivery of strategy, investor focussed documents and communications, strategic reviews, and commercial due diligence

**Responsibilities**:
Work closely with the Strategy Manager to undertake analysis and the deliver strategic reviews of various business units or market opportunities as requested by the Board and Executive Committee
Undertake research and analysis for strategic due diligence for major acquisitions
Develop and design methodology, tools and reporting to measure and track consumer trends, community sentiment, and evaluation of Elders’ market proposition

**About you**:
Strong financial modelling and analysis capability
Demonstrable connection or passion for Agriculture through personal or professional experience
Agricultural inputs, agricultural services, or retail industry experience desirable
Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline such as Business / Finance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to liaise confidently and effectively at all levels both internally and externally
Strong research and analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
