Remedy Healthcare formed a joint venture with Ramsay Health Plus to create Ramsay Connect, a national provider of home and community-based healthcare and support both in person and utilising technology to enable virtual care delivery. Ramsay Connect works closely with patients, hospitals, and primary care to support the transition of individuals from hospital to home and supporting them to stay well and out of hospital, providing integrated quality healthcare in the home and community setting.

**Your role**

The Ramsay Connect team is made up of experienced healthcare professionals who are committed to optimising an individual’s recovery.

We’re looking for a Service Manager who will provide leadership and ensure Ramsay Connect’s ability to operate and deliver high quality, efficient and effective virtual care that matches client needs and goals. The Virtual Home Health Service Manager is responsible for the overseeing and optimizing the delivery of clinical services, ensuring that service activity is consistent with business plans, performance targets and high clinical standards.

**About you**

This role is available on a permanent full-time basis. You will report to Ramsay Connect’s Chief Operating Officer and work closely with Ramsay hospitals, government stakeholders, platform technology partners, and Australian Unity Home Health platform and executives to help build and maintain quality virtual care services.

As the Virtual Home Health Service Manager, you will drive implementation of new models of care, customer growth and key initiatives. You will also be responsible for the development, education and support of nurses, allied health, and support staff within the VHH team.

This will involve utilising appropriate technologies to deliver high volume inbound and outbound clinical interactions and management of a distributed frontline workforce, along with clinical design, quality, and workforce planning. Services are to be delivered in accordance with clinical governance standards and outcome measurements to ensure that customers and clients are highly satisfied with our services.

Your expertise and qualifications will include:

- AHPRA Registered health professional
- Experience in healthcare leadership
- Record of coaching and driving teams to excellence

Desirable:

- Experience in digital/virtual healthcare delivery or transformation is greatly valued
- Demonstrated ability to work strategically in the health sector
- Post-graduate qualification in relevant field
- Ability to work in a changing, complex environment and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Demonstrated experience in change leadership
- Experience driving clinical excellence in service delivery
