**The Company**

Robert Half is currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer for a successful company specialising in a world class product.

The team pride themselves in delivery of quality products with excellent customer service. The role is offering a temporary to permanent position, for an accounts receivable officer who can hit the ground running.

If you have over 2+ years' experience in a similar role, immediately available, confident in a learning new processes and systems this role will be a great opportunity

**The Role**

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Lead and you will be responsible for Accounts Receivable duties.

Some typical duties will involve:

- Billing
- Receipting
- Collections
- Account Reconciliations
- Processing Refunds / Credits
- Maintain Records
- Customer Account Query Resolution
- Daily Account Receivable Reporting
- Ad-Hoc Finance Tasks when required

This position is moving quickly and is perfect for anyone seeking a temp to permanent opportunity with a quick start.

**Your Profile**

To be successful you will have proven experience in a high-volume Accounts Receivable Role, with a minimum of 2 years' experience. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:

- Proven Background in Accounts Receivable and customer service
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- ERP & CRM System Experience
- Strong Attention to Detail & Accuracy
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- KPI Driven
- Ability to thrive in a high volume and fast paced environment
- Able to start immediately
