**Your new company**

This busy manufacturing company in South West Sydney is looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their growing team.

**Your New Role**
- Collection & receipting of customers payment to ensure funds available to meet outgoings.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Review Debtors Ageing and follow-up overdue debts to action immediately
- Liaising with customers regarding payments, account statements/reconciliations, credit notes etc.
- Calculate and reconcile rebates & settlement discounts.
- Monitoring credit limits on individual accounts to ensure customers trade within agreed terms.
- Assist Accountant with End of Month/Year report preparation & analysis
- Reconciliation of Supplier Accounts including matching invoices to Supplier statements
- Monitoring of Creditor Ageing & release of cheques in conjunction with Accountant.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Accounts Receivable experience
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Pronto software experience is preferred
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
