**The Company**

Robert Half is currently recruiting exclusively for an Accounts Receivable officer who is immediately available for a large company servicing corporate clients across the world.

Working in a high performing team you will manage end to end accounts receivable and be provided mentorship when analysing complex data.

The position is offering a permanent opportunity for an immediately available officer with excellent communication skills, proven experience in a similar role who is driven to hit deadlines and grow within the company

**The Role**

Reporting to the Finance Manager your duties will include:
Some typical duties will involve:

- Client Management
- Billing
- Receipting
- Complex Reconciliations
- Financial Reporting and assist in forecasting
- Vendor Management
- Assist in Audit
- Ad-Hoc Duties

This position is moving quickly and is perfect for anyone seeking permanent opportunity with a quick start.

**Your Profile**

To be successful you will have proven experience in a high-volume role managing complex portfolios. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:

- Excellent negotiation skills
- High level numeracy and system skills
- Strong Attention to Detail & Accuracy
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
- Experience in ERP systems such as MS Dynamics / SAP / ORACLE
- Excellent communication skills with key stakeholders
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to thrive in a high volume and fast paced environment
- Able to start immediately
