Reporting to the Commercial Director as a member of our Label and Packaging Materials division, this position has oversight and accountability for the management, growth and profitability of Key Strategic Accounts and responsibility for the execution of strategies and tactics to impact the effectiveness of the commercial organisation.

This position is responsible for:

- Driving sales, throughput and overall gross profitability for designated accounts
- Set and execute pricing, marketing and product strategies to maintain and grow share within the designated accounts
- Drive increased customer satisfaction and provide relevant market perspective and competitive intelligence
- Ownership of Sales Excellence and Sales Enablement processes to ensure alignment and execution across the commercial organisation
- Management of pricing systems and integrity in line with established Marketing protocols
- Management / Ownership of go to market strategy for Business Development, Specialty Products Portfolio and End User Engagement.
- Positively lead and influence commercial team members to partner together to achieve business goals for continuous improvement of the customer experience
- Sales forecast and Demand planning (S&OP)
- Work with Asia Pacific Strategic Marketing teams to promote key Business Development platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:_
- 3+ years of management experience
- 7 years sales/commercial experience
- Formal Qualifications in Sales / Commerce / Marketing is highly desirable
- Product and Technical Knowledge of Avery Dennison Materials Range
- Print, Packaging and Label Industry, End-user & Market Knowledge
- Forecasting and ability to meet Goals
