**ABOUT THE ROLE**
***

This role would suit someone with high attention to detail with administration experience who enjoys reconciliation. In this role your key responsibilities will be to:

- Reconcile all trust accounts in accordance with Pickles policies and procedures
- Investigate, identify and process all unidentified payments
- Assist with processing payments from the Bank Statement when required
- Process cleared funds from ANZ transactive current day transactions in accordance with Pickles policies and procedures
- Ensure all Inter-trust transfers are processed in accordance with key performance indicators
- Ensure all cashbook enquiries are responded to promptly and in accordance with Pickles procedures and key performance indicators
- Ensure that all compliance and governance as per Pickles policies and procedures are met
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Ensure all stakeholder expectations are met through timely and accurate completion of tasks Support internal departments to meet their objectives and administration requirements
