Job Summary:

Join AMS Doors as an Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer. Manage day-to-day financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and support smooth operations in a full-time role with growth opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Manage accounts payable & receivable efficiently
  • Reconcile supplier & customer accounts
  • Prepare invoices, statements, and credit notes
  • Follow up on outstanding payments

About you:

  • Experience in accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software is required
  • Team player with excellent communication
  • Australian citizenship or permanent resident is required for this position
