**Credit Officer**

RPS is committed to providing excellent service to our clients. We are currently looking for a Junior Credit Officer to join our team. This role focuses on managing outstanding invoices and supporting our accounts receivable processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer and internal queries in a timely manner.
- Take ownership of specific segments of the debtor book as assigned.
- Assist in maintaining the debtor book, including resolving unapplied or incorrect payments.
- Ensure that agreed processes are followed and identify areas for improvement.
- Upload invoices into client online portals.
- Produce weekly Aged Debtor Reports.
- Support the broader accounts team with various administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
- Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable and Credit Control processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with tenacity.
- Capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including management.
- Team player with a focus on providing high-quality service and support.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Intermediate proficiency in computer software, including Excel and accounting packages.
