We are seeking an experienced professional with familiarity in conducting internal reviews guided by legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies and precedents.
**Your new role**
You will be responsible for;
- Working with participants to gather information regarding the nature and context of review requests, informing participants and their representatives about decisions, reviews and the appeals process.
- Undertaking evidence-based decision making as prescribed in the Agency's Acts and rules, Operational Guidelines and policies.
- Monitoring and managing caseloads, ensuring internal reviews are completed within set timeframes.
- Contributing to quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery practice, processes and systems.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Applicants will additionally need to demonstrate;
- Australian Citizenship
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
