**About the Company**
As Australia's largest ASX listed staffing company, we are offering a fantastic opportunity for a credit officer to join our national shared services credit team in Fortitude Valley, Queensland
Our credit team is responsible for managing the accounts receivable and credit function for 26 PeopleIN entities so this is a position that is fast-paced, high volume and will be perfect for you if you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role with the support of a dynamic, friendly team.

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience (at least 3 years) in a credit officer or controller position
- Professional and courteous phone manner
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and handle complex situations
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with a large ERP desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
**Your responsibilities**
This is a varied role that involves end to end accounts receivable and credit functions, including:
- Daily receipting
- Client onboarding and credit risk assessments
- Manual invoicing and accounts inbox management
- Collection of overdue invoices within your debtor portfolio
- Resolving invoice disputes with payroll, operations team and clients
- Report preparation
- Internal stakeholder management
- Providing additional administrative support to the National Credit Controller
