**About the opportunity**:
A fantastic opportunity has become available as a **Customer Development Manager** **Repco Automotive**for the region of **Batemans Bay/ Nowra**and surrounding area.**
With direction from your Channel Manager and working alongside the local Repco Store Managers you will build effective, productive business relationships with our target customers utilizing our newly introduced CRM Platform and best in class promotional activity.
Through these relationships, you will understand our customer’s needs, proactively solve their problems, and identify areas to grow their share of spend with Repco. You are ultimately responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of your territory of approximately 150 Customers.
**All about you**:
To be successful in this role you will have an interest in the automotive industry, along with sales and/or customer management experience (automotive industry preferred). You will thrive on achieving KPI's and targets, and you'll love working in a dynamic environment within a high performance sales team and customer first culture.
**In addition, you will also**:
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows & training sessions.
- Achieve sales budgets through a proactive and innovative approach
- Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems
- A valid Australian driver's licence is required
- A passion for all things automotive
