**About the role**:
Ensure the customers interests are at the centre of all interactions in line with Bradford Insulation vision. Build effective relationships with inventory, warehousing and delivery partners to ensure we deliver in full on time to our customers. Actively stay up to date with current policy and processes in place, while taking steps to be an active part of the development of such processes. Seek to grow and improve as an individual and within the team environment to exceed customer expectations & performance objectives.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Promptly answer queue calls to achieve Grade of Service and adhere to other service level agreements.
- Follow call monitoring guidelines as outlined in regular check ins and coaching sessions.
- Build and grow valuable customer relationships.
- Accurately document creation and changes, to customer orders and quotes with a 100% accuracy rate.
- Maintain / Record accurate records in the D365 CRM, including contacts, accounts, and activities in a timely manner.
- Review own notifications as required, put into place actions to address cause, or seek assistance to do so.
- Openly Engage in the Insights framework to send, receive and request insights.
- Actively seek to understand products through own research, utilising Bradford Product Literature and websites.
- Engage in monthly check ins with Team Leader, bringing ideas and goals to foster growth.
- Help to maintain a safe workplace for all staff of the NCC.
- Comply with the CSR WSHE Management System and all relevant legislation.
- Ensure WHSE policy is understood, implemented and enforced across all activities conducted.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar customer service role
- SAP system knowledge (desirable)
- Highly organised, with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to deal with conflict resolution
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literate knowledge of MS Office software
- Data Entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment
- You are a driven self-motivated individual
