We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Trainers/Assessors to join our team and deliver qualifications in Construction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, deliver, and assess training in accordance with the training package requirements.
- Support students in achieving their learning outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with RTO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to ensure industry currency.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) or an equivalent qualification.
- Diploma of Building and Construction (Building).
- Minimum two years of training experience in an RTO environment.
- Minimum three years of construction industry experience.
- Evidence of industry currency and participation in relevant professional development.
- Full working rights in Australia and residency in Victoria.

**Job Details**:

- **Job Type**: Full-time
- **Pay**: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on qualifications and experience)
- **Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability may be required

**Experience**:

- Construction Management: 3 years (preferred)
