Hamish Munro is looking for a casual/ part-time Client Services Specialist to join our retail team.

Hamish Munro designs and engineers fine jewellery using precious metals and stones, creating pieces that are timeless, precise and reflective of time well spent.

Availability to work weekends is required, and flexibility to work additional hours as needed is preferred. Hours on offer will be on a set schedule with advance notice provided for ad hoc shifts. Trade hours are Wednesday to Saturday, 10AM to 5PM.

Delivering an exceptional customer experience with expertise and guidance and connecting with clients to help them find the right piece is at the heart of this role. Highly developed interpersonal skills, initiative, and relationship building skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Curate a Unique Retail Experience
- Approach all interactions with an inviting and energetic outlook.
- Support the retail strategy and made-to-order process as they related to delivering Client Services benchmarks, aligned with the studio’s design principles.

Helpful consultation and engaging client communication
- Foster strong relationships with clients, by providing expert product knowledge and clarifying guidance on the studio’s collection pieces, materials and making process.
- Utilize client communication tools to best support the made-to-order process.
- Guide clients to locate their desired item and navigate the studio’s offer across its products and services.
- In collaboration with the Manager, cultivate new and existing valued services for local, regional and global clients.

Operational Excellence
- Oversee the store collection display and presentation, ensuring it reflects the brand's ethos of proportion, precision, and beauty.
- Be methodical, approach tasks systematically, and handle multiple priorities with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Provide prompt, professional, and accurate responses to client inquiries, ensuring the highest level of customer service while meeting productivity goals as per business requirements.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of client-facing roles with a background in fine jewellery or luxury retail preferred (but not required).
- Accountable, enthusiastic team player and generous collaborator with demonstrative relationship building skills.
- Interest in fine jewellery and knowledge of fine jewellery design and construction, precious stones, and made to order processes a plus.
- Confident in navigating new situations and relationships.
- High level of presentation with attention to detail.
- Initiative to work independently and develop opportunities.
