We are a busy, friendly people & culture team that are looking for a passionate Recruitment Officer to join our Head Office Team; our office is based in the Sydney CBD with easy access to public transport including the light rail.

This position would suit an individual with recruitment administration experience but wishes to develop their knowledge of the people and culture function. Applicants who are currently studying or interested in studying within the HR discipline will be highly regarded. You will be proactive with a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for 4 Moran Homes and Head Office
- Maintain and update employee personnel files
- Preparation and sending of employment contracts
- Monthly Recruitment reporting
- Support the P&C team with the day-to-day activities as need arises
- Ad hoc HR admin tasks as needed

**Key skills and competencies required**
- Previous experience working in a recruitment agency or HR administrative role will be highly regarded
- Ability to cope with a fast-paced environment and high-volume workload
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently, confidentially, professionally and effectively at all levels
- Capability to perform routine administration tasks with a high level of attention to detail
- Self-motivating & resilient
- Current Police Check (or Willingness to obtain)
- Current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccination including booster
