NSW Government Agency is looking for a Recruitment Officer with a background in Agency, Government or Public sector experience to join their team

Working in collaboration with the Recruitment, HR, and hiring managers, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to drive organisational growth.

**About the role**:

- Coordinate and conduct interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote diversity and inclusion.
- Handle adhoc admin and ministerial duties.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in end-to-end Recruitment.
- Background in agency, NSW Government, or Public sector (desirable).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
