Recruitment Officer | Local Council | South Sydney area | 6 months FTC | $87k salary equivalent

Your new company is a Local Council located in the South Sydney area.

**Your new role**
As a Talent Officer you will provide assistance to the Talent Acquisition Partner to provide end to end recruitment support, guidance and services to managers and senior leaders within the Council.

**Responsibilities**:

- contribute to the implementation of the Council's Strategic Workforce Plan and other talent acquisition strategies and initiatives by providing end to end recruitment services and advice.
- develop and foster business partner relationships with managers and key stakeholders to support the talent acquisition strategy and outcomes
- manage enquiries regarding talent acquisition related employment entitlements and conditions
- update and maintain records and databases
- engage and consult with stakeholders to identify their requirements, and use this information to enable organisational direction, strategy and action.

**What you'll need to succeed**

***:

- substantial experience in a similar role leading high-volume end to end recruitment for a variety of roles.
- experience working to and meeting demanding targets and deadlines within recruitment campaigns in a high-volume environment.
- ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- excellent communication skills, as well as time management, organisational and problem solving skills.
- excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite as well as exposure to recruitment platforms such as Taleo, Ezijob, etc.
- COVID-19 Vaccination or medical contraindication upon commencement
