**Team Lead - Partner Management**

**Role**

TripleLift is seeking a Team Lead, Partner Manager to join our team. You'll partner directly with the Director of Partner Management to define, achieve and exceed quarterly revenue and operational key results. In this role, you'll be responsible for a book of business of top accounts and proactively seek out ways to unblock liquidity and critically think about our business to improve our overall product. In addition you'll be responsible for directly managing a Partner Manager that drives part of our programmatic revenue across all open exchange and PMP opportunities. An ideal Team Lead can effectively prioritize and help the team optimize toward campaign health and client success and support their regional Director on initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with the Director of Partner Management to define, achieve and exceed quarterly revenue and operational key results
- Manage and grow a roster of high-profile accounts, while cultivating client relationships with key decision makers
- Partner closely with the Demand Sales team to rapidly onboard new customers as well as identify up-sell opportunities to grow current accounts across all of our product lines
- Directly manage and train a team and develop clear career pathing
- Establish robust relationships with the decision makers, influencers, and key members of ad ops/trading teams to continually understand business needs and provide troubleshooting best practices
- Serve as a resource for clients and internal teams on all aspects of TripleLift and the programmatic landscape
- Become an expert on the use and best practices of TripleLift. Provide consultative services and offer recommendations and insights to clients on how to improve campaigns
- Provide continual training and product updates to clients as new features are added
- Partner cross-functionally with Campaign Management to provide materials for RFPs, inventory forecasting, and ad-hoc client requests
- Help build the Client Services practice, by helping to create market-specific training materials, best practices, sales materials and customer facing guides
- Contribute to the product development process by providing market and account insights
- Serve as first point of escalation for all client and campaign troubleshooting

**Desired Skills and Attributes**
- Robust programmatic acumen with experience in programmatic campaign management (KPI, attribution models, tracking )
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, SSPs, ad servers
- Proven track record of growing accounts by forming a strong relationship with clients;
- Proven experience managing a team or acting as a team lead
- Strong collaborator with a focus on increasing efficiencies cross functionally to drive results
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects and showcasing key accomplishments
- Strives for continued learning opportunities to build upon craft
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to present effectively across multiple levels in an organization including C-level audiences, Sales, Product and technical teams both externally & internally
- Ability to work quickly and independently with mínimal oversight
- Self-motivated starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment to exceed client goals and push revenue expectations
- Ability to accept feedback and constructive critique positively
- Ability to work individually and collaboratively to drive business forward;
- Effective time management skills and attention to detail
- ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
- Advanced experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables and manipulation of large data sets.
- Proven academic and/or professional achievement
