**About the role**

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and dynamic Team Leader to lead the interdisciplinary Continence Clinic. The Continence Clinic provides assessment, diagnosis, management, education and support to those with continence issues.

**About you**

This position will suit a senior health professional with relevant clinical background who demonstrates strong leadership, communication, service administration, quality improvement and benchmarking skills. This role is expected to lead and develop the operations of the Continence Clinic whilst providing leadership support and clinical advice to other Eastern Health services as required. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate high level of analytical thinking and investigative skills involving research, benchmarking and resource identification including innovative service delivery models; demonstrates leadership skills including competencies in decision making and in handling a range of complex issues including organisational change, staff competencies, conflict resolution and collaboration.

You will also be expected to supervise and guide the operational and professional development of individuals and the interdisciplinary team. You will work with the other Senior Clinicians and Manager (Ambulatory Specialist Clinics) to drive the professional and operational performance of the interdisciplinary team and ensure key performance indicators and targets for the program are achieved on a monthly basis.
- Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the _Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice)_. Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment._
