**About the role**

The Car Parking and Access Team Leader is critical in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of Eastern Health’s Car Parking Infrastructure and Access Systems, including the provision of access, driving improvements, maximising utilisation and revenue, whilst also decreasing waitlists. The role involves the supervision of staff within the Car Parking team, working together to meet Eastern Health’s obligations and improve both staff and customer experience.

This is a full-time role, based predominantly between Maroondah and Box Hill hospitals, with the requirement to travel to other Eastern Health sites as needed.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft 365
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills across all forms of communication
- Dispute resolution and customer relation skills
- Knowledge of car parking procedures and policies
- Demonstrated leadership skills

Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
