We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist to join our mid-tier professional services firm and manage all aspects of our front office. You will play an integral part in our firm, being the critical link between the firm, its clients and contacts and will ensure the smooth and efficient running of all day-to-day operations.
As the first point of contact for the firm we are looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships, has great communication skills and who wants to deliver an excellent client experience.
Providing reception and administrative support across all teams in the firm it is crucial that you have exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills. Your days will be varied with a combination of routine and adhoc tasks meaning you will need the ability to think on your feet, be proactive and show initiative.
Being the face of our Melbourne office you will have the opportunity to thrive in a collaborative environment and work closely with all divisions, allowing you to build strong connections across the firm and be a key member in the successful operation of Moore.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Answering incoming calls and transferring as necessary
- Meeting and greeting clients ensuring excellent service is always provided
- Co-ordinate all meeting room bookings
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail including ATO mail
- Organise catering for meetings and events, both internal and external
- Oversee office supplies including ordering of stationary and groceries
- Clean and maintain meeting rooms, reception and mail room area, kitchens and coffee machines
- Assist with the on boarding and off boarding of staff members
- Other Adhoc administration tasks as required

**_About you_**:

- Proven reception experience in a professional services firm or similar service-based organisation.
- Knowledge of administration practices and procedures
- Sound knowledge of and exposure to the Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Exceptional client communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships, trust and rapport
- Ability to multi task and prioritise work effectively.
- Be proactive and show initiative and adaptability
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
